About the conference

Unique in its field, this event is geared towards all those involved in urban security: elected officials, civil servants, national administration, magistrates, law enforcement agencies, social workers, researchers, and representatives of the private sector and civil society.
The Conference will host high-level speakers who will reflect the diversity of security and urban life including elected representatives, staff from local, national and international authorities, university researchers, members of the civil society and the private sector.
“The strength of a firm democracy lies also in demonstrating that freedom, equality, solidarity and security are not mutually exclusive but interdependent.”
